Steven may be hoping for a repeat of the 2020 SPP.
At the initial close date of SPP in 2020, only $3.9m of a possible $6.5m had been received. SPP was extended from 17/8 to the 20/8. A further $3m was received by the 18/8 and the SPP was then closed early of the extended date - oversubcribed.
Also interesting was the SP was floating around the raise price of 5.5c but then spiked to 8.8c on the news of the early close and successful completion of SPP.
