It's quite feasible that a number of investors decided not to participate in the SPP, but after seeing the Boston presentation contacted Reach Markets and complained at the short time frame remaining and questioning why this information wasn't provided earlier. In this day of Class Actions for any number of reasons it's safer to err on the side of caution.
