all i was doing was pointing out to a holder that he has just reduced his wages significantly, which is something we have all been complaining about for quite a while. $22.5k per month whilst not a small salary, i would say is fair.
im not saying the company is doing great nor am i happy about the constant dilution, i feel pretty similar to yourself. i would honestly consider emailing or calling Brian with a couple of those questions, i've spoken to him a couple of times on the phone in the past and he has been helpful.
