Us share holders are paying for it with your Credit raise to get more money to pay your wages and lower our price per share !

I get just giving shares for overly low performance hurdles are a another way to do this and it pisses everyone off ding this- but his buying on market because we pay you far far too much upfront is the same wolf dressed in different clothing.

To get absolute loyalty and best practice from us SH, why dont you reduce your wages considerably, and create some income milestones for in come or share bonuses. That is revenue which will be continuous and you can reap the rewards once the business is profitable and can trade at multiples.

Currently you are rewarding your self huge income and zero oncome
