Wasn't having a go at you - but rather somewhat disgruntled at the thought that despite all the promises it appears that the company under Brian's stewardship has suffered when it comes to meeting deadlines on any potential project and thus market is punishing it with share price lowering and the answer seems to be suddenly reduce his inflated salary a little to appease holders and so close on him retiring?? To possibly stabilize the market as is indicated, it may be best for him to forego all salary from here on and get deals done and executed - if it results in sp going up then with his substantial holding he will also benefit greatly without sucking more funds out of the company and only to see company come to market to dilute despite promises otherwise. But of course that would never do as cigars may dry up.

As for contacting him, if he reads comments from holders here he can take heed or perhaps address some of holder concerns with a clear and concise company announcement. The latest announcement in the middle of a cr is not only rather vague but sounds desperate to secure holder funds which seem to indicate reluctance from other holders to take up on the cr offer. Personally, very reluctant with cr despite such 'possible' bargains at such hugely discounted levels.

Perhaps another query - what happens if company has a shortfall on funds expected to be received?? AIMO
