With insto's paying $3.80, I imaging they would be putting pressure on EVN to not accept a penny over the $60m.
2,000 x $30k = $60m so if I'm correct with the above expect a scale back. There are over 32,000 shareholders, with over 4,800 of them holding north of $30k's worth of stock.
