    Mark mentioned in the latest presentation that the board members have committed 750k but that was not in the share purchase plan as such there has been NO change in directors ownership of shares.
    They might have taken up the lucrative 10 % plus loan deal in which if NOV goes belly up they will be the first to be paid out and shares will be worthless .
