When you increase the volume on an order already in the queue, you actually end up with what appears to be two orders - your original order retains its place and volume and your top-up amount joins the end of the queue looking like a second order.
You still only pay one lot of brokerage though.
I see that the lack of news and apparent delay is starting to take its toll.
