I'm not disputing the use of SPP to raise funds, but rather a bit confused as to why they raise so much for the "development of the Kookynie Project" if MCT is responsible for most of the heavy lifting for the immediate future, especially at this price. I don't think they are raising money now to be used for when MCT has spent their $5m, that makes no sense, so what else are they using this money for? Do you need $4m+ as working capital to enable tailings processing? Other than that, I struggle to see which part of the Kookynie Project requires this money.
