Finally we have an announcement and not what we wanted either. More delay. This raising is a struggle of Titanic proportion, and like the 'unsinkable ship' this rust bucket is heading for the bottom of the deep blue sea. If we believe management (and I don't), this $10m raising will get up but surely at a big discount, convertible note and lots of oppies. The new money will be shaky at best, which means that if the SP has a spike, they'll bail into the likes of you and me. I'm getting out anyway. I don't have enough to get crushed when this thing sinks, unlike most of you reading this post.
