Ann: Extension of Suspension-WGL.AX, page-15

Concerning. The below from the asx ann. says nothing about Apple, but rather a timetable that I would say has to do the ASX rulings. Cleverly written, so is it an Apple timetable, or ASX timetable???
WGL may have to list on 1st Nov regardless. I cannot see how Apple would appease WGL shareholders and trading date as its priority.
So annoyed that WGL set itself a date WITHOUT apple approval in the first place. This could go on for weeks and weeks.

"As a result, the Company has resolved to seek to extend the current voluntary suspension while it seeks final approval. Based on the status of discussions and the timetable being worked toward, the Company now expects that it will be in a position to resume trading on Tuesday, 1 November 2016".
