imo there has been small issues with the iOS app and Wangle has been resubmitting it again and again and expecting each iteration to be ok for final approval hence the 3 business days timelines. From today's announcement it seems that they feel like they're getting close but are also ready to release android version regardless on the 1st of Nov. So we should see at least one app up then, but then again who knows with WGL management anything can happen.
