Glass half empty time - this constant delaying could actually be a good thing. If you think back to all of the knee jerk Ann's and decisions that have been made particularly over the last 8 months - they seem to be taking much required time to get this right....whatever it is.

Management changes....well we know what this is due to the amount of resignations.

What is unclear though is the meaning of "company restructure." Is it refinancing the company debts to simplify payment structure and reduce overheads providing control back to the company from vultures like Bergen, is it a further injection from NEW powerbrokers that see value in the patents or A patent, is it that they will wind up the current form and relist the intellect through another shell entity completely revitalising the reputation ??

In my opinion, VA may be unlikely now as if it were the case then they would be able to release this info quicker than what they have taken.

One thing is for certain...it will light up these boards with speculation again all week. On more occasions than not - time heals all wounds. These delays could now be viewed as progress....as opposed to incompetent hurrying.
