    I think they like playing hard ball.

    If BRS delivers a good half year and declares a dividend they will need to man up and bring some money to the table.

    I reckon they should provide a offer of $2 with a break fee of say $50M if BRS gets a better offer.

    I'll be laughing if they due a minor increase and another company comes knocking.
