Yep agree, if dividend happens and Half yearly results look good, Ferrovial will have no choice to up the offer to a more serious price or walk away...
Extending the offer period for 2 weeks looks to me that Ferrovial aren't getting the acceptances for their paltry $1.35 they thought they'd get....
Any word on what the current acceptance rate is, still less than 1%?
