I'm in the same boat. I was holding it before the offer came up and sold at 1.40 and have been watching too see it go down. Granted I see now I jumped in early @ 1.13 and realise now I could have got an even better deal. I'll be looking at it again between 80-90 cents to hedge down. I'm curious to know if there is actually another player that is now in the bid process. I doubt that they are going to win, considering that everything's already been established with BRS.
Curious if anyone knows what % of business this whole detention stuff makes up BRS... even without them wining the contract again.
