Yes, this whole thing is both pretty much a scam and a disaster all at once.
Next time set a stop loss, because even if you lost 20% that way, you wouldn't be losing what, 90% or more here since you bought?
I have basically ended up donating 50% of my wealth to this thing because I couldn't have imagined a takeover could somehow drag over almost a year since announced. If it was done in say 3 months then I would have 'only' lost maybe 40%.
Look back to Bellamy's - they made a very generous offer, it was like 1-2 months, bam, gone. This has just allowed others to get out and buy back our shares for pennies, all while nobody involved seems to have the slightest clue what is going on.
I would put in complaints, but it all seems exempt from Australian laws anyway, since the company wasn't actually an Australian one in the first place due to the whole CDI thing. Is there anyone who would listen to a complaint?
