    they revealed a possibly positive side of the agreement with the "Iranian oil-rig man".
    There is a Termination Clause if condition were not satisfied by 30 October 2023

    But they did not reveal that the deal actually passed Termination Date and expired
    on 31 October 2023 (which was amended to 31 Jan. by this release)
