if CATH backed out, China would have much more leverage with AVZ not being able to show a clear path to development. Being a chinese company they could be influenced to do this.

The fact they dont leads me to believe this is non-state actors as AVZ says repeatedly. Therefore Zinjin is alone and i have no doubt that ICC will kick them off the register, thereby leaving only AVZ and Comminere to develop this.

It will also undo Comminere's sale of 20% to MCCS and Zinjin, leaving the DRC with 25% that they can play with. It appears 15% of this is for AVZ first rights of refusal but i expect if DRC kept the full 25% that wouldnt be the worse partner to keep

What was the outcome of ICC and MCCS? we heard MCCS did not win, but i wonder where the announcement is? How long does ICC take post judgement to enforce this?.
