Ann: Extension of TIA End Date to 30 June 2023, page-20

The 3 month extension makes perfect sense. Pointless doing a rolling monthly extension when mgt knows the matter will take a bit longer to resolve. That said & as I've posted before, I'm certain we will have an outcome & know our fate before June 30. A few further points - I've read a few posts suggesting we should dump CATH to ensure we hold at least 60%. NO! A condition of getting a ML is project funding + CATH has been a true partner to date. I've also read a few posts in recent weeks re the ICC Court hearing & ML. There's no connection is my understanding. A ML can be issued at any minute regardless of the hearing. The court hearing is a bit of a side show re the disputed 15%. It will be the icing on the cake if it goes our way whenever the decision is made but it won't stop the DRC Govt issuing a ML when it sees fit. Cheers.
