If Mr Pei / Dathcom / Avz start with a 10mtpa then the $240 will increase an additional 24% .
What is important is the secured off take agreements with CATH and its partner in Yibi for over 50% of PLS and SC6.
That in itself is a game changer for AVZ.
THE question is Zigin that stupid to go to ICC with all the damning evidence in the obtaining the 15% .
As the DRC is a member of the International court of Arbitration and Felix will need to abide by its decision ??
