Just as an FYI given your basing your case partly around it, it could also be worth mentioning that the document in which you've box cut out with average times is quite old, with the rules at ICSID being changed in 2022. A focus of the 2022 overhaul hwas reducing the time taken by various stages of the proceedings. The post-2022 rule change environment has an average time of screening and registration for an ICSID case as 3 weeks.
