Ann: Extension of TIA end date with CATH, page-20

I've worked as a company secretary for a couple of public companies & have been involved in several continuous disclosure committees. It is poor the company hasn't put out an announcement re the CATH agreement. It was to expire on 31/3 & the company should have advised the market by now whether it's been extended or not. Being busy with other matters is not an excuse.
