Not un expected. Would have possibly been better if the BOD had got the VA in first.
If the BOD has an offer they need to get moving quick.
They are still running up interest and add in the receivers and administrators fees. They don’t work for free.
Interest alone by the end of Feb will be at least another $6m USD.
