Maybe a US SPAC/blank check company will put fwd the money to pay down the debt and recap AJM and bring it public to Nasdaq/NYSE.

I don't see how PLS will chew down the whole project with such a low ball offer. Nemaska went into receivership in Canada and now Livent together with Paliinghurst Group paid down the debt and have it up and running once more...and Nemaska wasn't/isn't even operable...AJM is up and working...what is the underlying value of such a business in a EV world?...certainly not the value of its debt!
