If PLS was "smart" and wanted to close the deal, they would offer cash to the creditors to close the deal and then they would offer some PLS shares to AJM shareholders to sweeten the pill. Now the way the wanna do it I don’t see them succeeding...too much pressure from many sides in western Australia from AJM holders, their buddies, politicians, judges, Australian Super, etc to let this go down like this...just my humble opinion.
Too many groomsmen in Australia and abroad and much money waiting in the sidelines for alike opportunities to enter the EV race atm.
