No that's 100% not true the answer was correct to my question of there is posts claiming along the line of care and maintenance. Also the news was already known in October by all holders and the public. A notice was just for them who do not follow (after reading the evidence finally provided) which I say well done to them giving people a chance to search for opportunities most companies don't care and leave people with nothing but a good luck if lucky to get that.
