Ann: Extension of time to hold Annual General Meeting, page-30

Hi all, one thing that no one has really discussed is that TFC paid a 3 cent dividend from 2013 to 2016 even though they were burning through cash and also raising cash on the markets. They also paid dividends from 2005 to 2011 ranging from 2 cents to 4 cents and yet they had no sandalwood to sell. Just would like to know what people’s thoughts are on that?
A smokescreen perhaps? To make the company look more profitable than what it really was....
