the bill that passed is massive to the uranium sector.. apparently utilities can waiver if cant get yellowcake by any other means but what will be the icing is russias response to this bill as i recall back in december they stated that they will ban the export of uranium themselves if the bill passed.. Last attempt didnt pass due to ( ted cruz ) . the biggest impact here is not only the bill but russias respnonse.. if they ban all together then its seriously game on.
