The reality is company is in serious financial difficulty with an untenable debtload. Ratings agency S&P has come to the same conclusion and has reservations whether the potential proceeds from asset sales will be sufficient to alleviate the company's liquidity concerns.
The Board has been left to clean up Beylier's mess. I don't envy their task and it is understandable they require further time to find a way to extricate company from the predicament they are now in.
I do not post to create fear, sorry if it came across that way. We will have to wait until the 27th for the outcome. I hope for those holding it is favourable.
