Yes I'm guessing that it's not just a financial reporting issue, it's a debt covenant issue and there would be little point coming out of a halt with any of those issues unresolved.

Fingers crossed underlying performance is only slightly down and they do a deal on the debt which gives them some headroom for a while and they can reset themselves.
