A few ex holders with nothing to lose would be the sign ups.
No holders will join, as they want the SP and company to rebuild.
Need to file an injunction for disruptive restraint of trade.
A 20% overrun on a $300 million contract in a remote location, while definately not ideally handled, is not a basis for a successful class action.
20% overruns are common place in infrastructure and construction contracts.
Market overeactions to writedowns are commonplace, once trust is restored, they can be repaired quickly.
Just my thoughts.
