ONC will need to issue millions of shares to satisfy the purchase of VDL - it smells of a reverse take over to let lock in shareholders out of VDL. Many VDL shareholders have made a big investment and the only way out is to list VDL and the offer from ONC is the best offer they have had. It was reported that the Chinse were sniffing about VDL some time ago but nothing cane of it! Why?
