If they approve it then they will have endorsed the product and the claims that have been made which will be huge and the sp will sky rocket. If they don't then it will tank. Thinking that this will just open at the same level after the yes no decision is delusional and thanks for all your efforts I think you have managed to drum up a lot of new interest which will drive the sp even higher on a positive release .
