Nah sorry guys just can't see Apple taking a closer look at this for their own benefit before release. For one thing that's an extremely unethical thing to do to scrutinise a technology before the market other competitors have the chance to use it, review it etc. I think you'll find it is just a simple backlog in App approval. As posted already, TV2 had publicly slated their IOS app to be available 5th June but it was not released until 16th June. What was the delay there? You seeing any similarities?
