Doesn't that suggest a future event? If this was actually happening now whilst in suspension it would have read 'Nemex is assisting.....".  My guess (and obviously it is only a guess) is that there is still little communication between the two parties.

Sorry, Oz, but whilst I have tried to remain optimistic about NXR, being kept in the dark is starting to take its toll on my positive outlook for this stock.  With the exception of SD's resignation from her role as MD, I fail to see what hints were in that announcement that they haven't flanneled us with previously.
