The reason why NKP was suspended way back in October was due to the threat that "the mining right over the farm Garantouw 282K be cancelled by the DMR" for non compliance issues.

If the DMR has granted NKP an extension of the cancellation advice and Zijin is negotiating to resolve all outstanding issues then I see no reason why the company suspension should not be lifted early in January.

The stock would be trading with full knowledge of associated risks.

As for the eventual takeover ........I still anticipate the first offer will be in the 10-15 cent range ( similar to offers made to Genorah) in order to soak up investors who are feed up with all the hurdles/impost. Long term holders on the other hand will wait for a more realistic price based upon asset valuations. In my opinion the threat of litigation against the company for its misdemeanors will come into play when making the final offer.

All guesswork at this stage.
