That is so but more so for a company that abided by ASX disclosure rules. NKP is/has been a serial non-discloser for a few years now.

I think the suspension should have been lifted as soon as the DMR softened their "threat to cancel." It is amazing that we have to hear from an "unofficial source" about these many and complex vital negotiations going on.

About as far from a truthful account of the situation as you could get.
