I agree, there will most likely be a dump upon open however l expect it to bounce back up if the app meets all expectations. Once the shares are transferred to stronger hands l think WGL should be all good.
IMO these extensions to suspension are very sheet, but if they come out of suspension without the app being perfected the SP will plummet.
