ryobal ...it would be a good thing if you could provide an email asic address for the relevant section that deals with complaints/investigations. I think they would look at it in a bit more detail if quite a number of s/holders here wrote in as well.
BUT....
On a positive note....which does not excuse the current inappropriate Co conduct...let's all just be thankful that the Co is still suspended. Had it relisted with no App or any other plausible explanation or a full and frank disclosure status report ... then there would have been without doubt in my mind a mass exodus with a strong possibility of a sub 1c s/price.
