I used to work in Tech for a large company and the number of times delays happened and deadlines were missed were common. Most projects were at least 6 months behind as they failed UAT for numerous reasons some even 2 years or shelved.
I think everyone involved knows that they have one more chance to get this right so more UAT is being done by management this time around. I am happy for them to keep this suspended until an app with all the bells and whistles is available.
