As long as they get the right outcome I don't really mind how long it takes.

My Guess is Joanna and Kent are negotiating with private investors to come up with the money to either buy 1pg out entirely with the Cash shell or they are negotiating a fair price for the business only with 1pg retaining the Cash.
I still think the whole business with Cash will be sold. What that price is no-one knows. But it will be over 20 cents. That much is for sure, Merchants are not going to initiate a sale for less than cash value and also for less than what they paid for it.
