    Either route ends up with dilution for SHers rather than immediate profits IMHO. If Joanne and Kent fidn a backer to pay Merchants off, that backer will take all the polish off the price after Merchants are paid out, if Merchants use the shell... same deal: the RTO takes 25-30% of the value from Shers (except Merchants of course).
