Oh and LOL @ any debt for equity swap happening at a rice HIGHER than 30c. That's A pipe dream if i have ever seen one. Whoever is willing to play ball is certainly not going to do it unless they get the absolute best of it. QIN has no choice but to take whatever is on the table. Jesus this is going to go down as a major story in this country and likely the end of MIS.
