Probably not great news for those in above $1.
However, it is now almost certain the company will trade again, and with more certainty over its debt and capital structure in place, I think it is excellent news for those who got in late and for the long term survival of the company.
There are some ripper assets on the line, and the more competition over who wants them the better.
