How would that be terrible the company would have $150 million less debt a new board $100 million working facility and SH would make massive profits over the next 3 years.
Would get diluted short term but would be better of longer term.
With the right people they will get customers for thier products.
Yearly interest on the remaining debt would also only be 8.75mill pa
