You normally make sense trav but this time im not sure.
there is no risk of prosecution if there is enough money in the bank to pay current bills.
Why would any company go into VA while they can still operate? 7 weeks ago they had cash on hand and could pay the bills. The time to enter into VA is the day you dont have the money to continue. That could be next week, or the week after but they need to bring in some serious cash as it seems the co needs $100M+ per year just to operate based on recent spending.
