    First post and you throw out a good point with some type of entitlement issue.

    They would need to know that the major shareholders would be okay backing the company before offering anything like that. On that note, it would be interesting to see if the former boss would chip in more?

    I think there is a company in amongst the rot, that appears to have been going on for a number of years. Certainly a unique asset with huge barriers for competition.

    It will be an interesting story when it all comes out.

    If current shareholders can be shown a path out, without further dilution by participating, and a viable company into the future, I think many would support it.
