If the Tanzanian Govt is going to hold a gun to the head of companies to get them to produce all value-added products in Tanzania as well, then this is pretty much the beginning of the end because they will deter future foreign investment and the the Govt will just squeeze those companies that are operating there for more money. I would be very surprised if the SGP was built in Tanzania. Time will tell. A long way to go before that bridge is crossed.

Taz gov. not 'holding gun' to Knl regarding value add spherical. Couple of years since knl deemed facility could be very profitable on Taz soil. Why incur shipping costs for conc. if labour and local economics stand up? Knl ahead of the curve and 16% not close to being deal breaker...
