It is my understanding that the objective of the board is to achieve a solution which will allow the business to continue long term thereby paying off the various loan commitments and restoring value to shareholders.

As has been stated many times the long term fundamentals are sound i.e. established market need, premium product, control of land and water for plantations, trained staff, established harvest procedures, a developing natural medicine market, a supply chain and a long time lead for competitors to enter the market. Thus time is the friend of all holders of shares and other commitments provided to the coy. The issues that are being resolved are complex however with agreement as to the objective can be resolved -

Therefore I have hold and wait on this coy and am confident that a solution will be found. The only losers if a solution is found are those who shorted - they live by the sword and so could die by that sword.
